Hall Green Health are partaking in a study to review patient interactions via telephone calls in order to see how we can improve patient care. To do this, a company (KAI Conversations) is monitoring the tone, quality and key-words used in this call. In future, we are looking to develop this system further so that a computer will review all of our calls and recognise any patterns or trends that regularly occur.
Your information will be secure and kept in the strictest confidence. KAI Conversations are not analysing the calls for clinical information and this study does not affect your clinical care in any way.
The study is to improve the patient care that we provide by understanding how to improve our interactions.
