Accurx

Hall Green Health use Accrux for the following uses:

• Send messages to patients via SMS Text and through the NHS App (including attachment of files)
• Recieve messages from patients
• Recieve photos from patients
• Recieve patient questionnaires (known as Floreys)
• Send patients automated appointment reminders
• Allow patients to self book appointments
• Cancellation of appointments
• Complete video consultations

Hall Green Health remain responsible for how your information is used – in legal language, they are the “Data Controller”. When they want to use Accurx software to communicate with or about you, they provide Accurx with information and instruct Accurx how to use it.

This means Accurx are acting as a “Data Processor” and this falls outside the scope of their Privacy Policy. They have a very clear agreement with Hall Green Health that sets out what they do with the data, and how they keep it safe.
