Dr Sonia Ashraf

I qualified as a doctor at St George’s Hospital Medical School in London and moved to Buckinghamshire to complete my General Practice training on the Oxford Vocational Training Scheme. In 2015 I joined Hall Green Health in Birmingham and currently I am an executive GP Partner. I am keen on service redesign and improvement to provide the best clinical care to our patients. I am also the lead GP for dementia. Plus, I am a GP appraiser for the West Midlands and work as a GP advisor for the peer support team of the Royal College of General Practitioners in London. I have the privilege of working for Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning group as the elected central locality GP governing body lead commissioner.
