Please do not use this service for any urgent medical queries as this service is only monitored Monday-Friday, 08:30-18:30.

Your question will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all questions within two hours (within opening hours only).

If you do have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact the out of hours service by calling 111.

At Hall Green Health we have a large team which is made up of a variety of clinicians, including: Healthcare Assistants, Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Physician Associates and GPs. We will aim to book you with the most appropriate clinician in the most appropriate manner which could be face-to-face.

Terms and Conditions

  • I understand that my request will only be looked at Monday-Friday 08:30-18:30 and it may take up to two hours before I receive a reply
  • I understand that I do not have to phone the surgery once my form has been submitted
  • I can be contacted on the phone number I have provided and will ensure I am available to be contacted on this for the purpose of the consultation including accessing voicemail which may contain medical advice
  • I am aware that if the doctor is not able to contact me after 2 separate unsuccessful attempts, the appointment may need to be re-booked for a later date
  • I am aware I will need to check my Junk emails folder for responses from the practice
  • I confirm this is not a life threatening emergency that would require me to ring 999
