Antibiotic Amnesty

This November, there is an antibiotic amnesty throughout the Midlands, where we encourage everyone to return old and unused antibiotics to their local pharmacy.

This is to prevent the overuse of antibiotics, which reduces their effectiveness and leads to antibiotic resistant bacteria. This means antibiotics will become less effective when we need them most.
